All Zayvra products are shipped via Amazon’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service. Once you place an order through Amazon, they handle the picking, packing, and shipping of your item directly to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Locations

Products are available for shipping across the United States and select international regions, depending on Amazon’s shipping policies and fulfillment centers.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. Amazon typically delivers within 2–5 business days for domestic orders. Prime users may receive faster delivery options.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, Amazon will send you a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also view your shipment status anytime via your Amazon account under “Your Orders.”

5. Delivery Issues

If your item is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please report the issue directly to Amazon. They provide support and resolution for all delivery-related matters as per their policy.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and charged by Amazon at checkout. Zayvra does not collect or control shipping charges.
