Refund & Return Policy

1. Orders Fulfilled via Amazon
All Zayvra products are fulfilled through Amazon using FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon). Therefore, your order, return, and refund requests are subject to Amazon’s standard policies and processes.
2. Amazon’s Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please visit your Amazon orders page to initiate a return request.
3. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- Returns must be initiated through your Amazon account.
- Items marked as non-returnable by Amazon are not eligible.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, Amazon provides easy return or replacement options. Visit your order page, click “Return or Replace Items,” and follow the prompts.
5. Refund Timing
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after Amazon receives your return. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
